Hours:  Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

During these hours, please call (818) 878-5275 with requests, questions or comments.  You may also log in to make your facility request online, view the community calendar & confirm the status of previously submitted requests.  Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your event & are approved by date of submssion & permit number.  For all outdoor large scale events, which are events with approximately 300 people in attendance, please contact the Facilities Office prior to submitting your request.  Please note school events take precedence over any outside facility use.

PLEASE NOTE, SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS ARE NOT APPROVED UNTIL AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF APPROVAL IS RECEIVED.
 
RATES QUOTED IN THE SYSTEM WILL NOT REFLECT FURTHER CHARGES OF CUSTODIAL, SECURITY, STADIUM LIGHTS, ETC. 
 
CANCELLATIONS ARE THE RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY & MUST BE MADE THRU THE ONLINE SYSTEM 48 HOURS (BUSINESS DAYS) PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT
